One method, scaled to you. Every format runs in small groups on the reformers in our room. Slow, controlled, and led in person.
The class we start everyone on. Spring resistance and slow, deliberate reps work your whole body while your core holds it all together. First class or hundredth, the instructor scales it to you.
Moderate to High
All levels
Lighter springs, higher reps, and long holds that keep the muscle working far past comfortable. It stays low-impact the whole way, no jumping and no joint pounding, but expect to shake. Best once you know the basic reformer movements.
High
Wants to be pushed
Classical Pilates on the mat, using just your bodyweight. Small, precise movements build core strength, stability, and mobility you feel the next day. A grounding complement to your reformer days.
Moderate
Core & control
A slower session built around breath and range of motion. We open tight hips, shoulders, and spines and let the nervous system settle. Good on a rest day or whenever you need to move without pushing hard.
Low to Moderate
Mobility & reset
Guided stretching and release work to help the body recover between harder sessions. Slow, quiet, and restorative. No strength work, just room to reset. Every level welcome.
Low
Rest days
Signature Reformer. It’s built for first-timers and regulars alike, and the instructor scales every movement to you. Most people start there and branch out once they know the machine.
No. Every format runs in small groups so your instructor can meet you where you’re at. Beginners and people coming back after a break fit right in.
Reformer classes use the machine and spring resistance for full-body work. Mat Pilates uses just your bodyweight for core, stability, and control. They complement each other well.
Depends on the format. Signature is moderate, Sculpt is our hardest, Flow and Recovery are lighter. Most people feel worked but not wrecked, especially at first.
Something you can move in and grip socks (required on the reformers, available at the front desk). Bring water. Everything else is here.
50 minutes. Arrive about 15 minutes early for your first one so we can get you set up.
